MTN Vetting Department - WTH!!!!

Can some one explain at MTN explain this to me - my application has been declined because i I am on a Visitors Visa??? ITS A VALID ViSA WHICH ALLOWS ME TO WORK! Did your vetting department even bother to check the conditions on that VISA??? What even funnier is both existing upgrades were done with the same visa !! This is appalling to say the least. I called your upgrades department and they just tell me to take it up with the store I app**** at. What sort of ****** customer service is that???
