MTN VETTING DEPARTMENT FLAGGED ME FOR *****

Last year December Mondo MTN advised me of a promo 120G for R249.00. I accepted. On Monday I received an sms stating that my wifi has expired an I will pay the normal instalment. I called MTN and they stated that my upgrade for 120G is still pending and was never approved. The consultant asked me to send my ID, The Vetting department has flagged me for *****. The safps sent me an email saying THERE IS NOTHING UNDER MY NAME. Which I SENT TO MTN. BUT STILL NOTHING.
