MTN Vetting Department
MTN Vetting department and Pavillion Store is terrible. I have had a run around for the past two weeks waiting an answer for my upgrade. No one ever gets back to you and was told would get a reply within 24 hours, I am still waiting for an answer and the lady at the store who promised to phone me the next day, I am still waiting. I have been with MTN for years but this is unacceptable.
