MTN VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

I went to MTN SHOP AT Signet terrace to request iterm found India Guy who's so rude he even refused to give his details as MTN contact centre asked me to go to branch to request itemized billing they refused to assist me I'm so disappointed by MTN for hiring people who are *********** It looks like he's doing us a favor even Manager he was just kept quired and isn't for the 1st time I thought he has a bad day now I realize is in him POOR SERVICE DOESN'T DESERVE EVEN 1 even MTN Consulted trying to talk to him he was rude
