MTN Very Poor Service Levels

MTN has officially reached government status in its service levels. I placed an order for their she****00 internet product about 2 weeks ago where they charged me pro-rata for March as well as for the full month of April (which was weird), but I guess they knew that were just selling me a dream.

I've since called and sent email complaints (even to their *** email) but only received one acknowledgement that said they'll get to me within 48 hours.

As someone that's worked for MTN before, I can officially say that they old trusted brand that was MTN is no more, and I've personally accepted that now.
