MTN very POOR SERVICE.

Mtn very poor service from MTN. I am waiting for over 1 or 2 for them to open my callout line and my account is up to date. MTN has change my reference or account number without my knowledge this made it difficult for me pay my account. i have this contract with MTN over 15 years now. I have never. MTN very POOR SERVICE.
