MTN very poor customer service

I've been trying get get MTN to assist me with a number that is appearing on my itemized billing from December 2023. They keep escalating to another department, the next time I phone the response is simply it was to the right department. And so I have been send from pillar to post. Any one with a number in MTN, they can't transfer me to one of the supervisors or managers.
