MTN VERY POOR ADMINISTRATION & SERVICE

Very poor service - cannot run a simple debit order. They do not have the courtesy to phone a long term customer up and tell them that there is a problem. When you want to cancel your service you wait for 45 minutes for the "cancellation department" to answer the phone and when they do they refer you to someone else? This is rediculous. I will never enter into a contract with them again. Disgusted by the poor service.
