MTN very dissappointing!

Upgraded my contract a couple of months ago. The new Honor 400 Lite suddenly had a speaker issue. I took it to MTN. They said they can repair it...I would have expected a swap because it;s practically brand new. To keep connected they suggested I buy a temporary phone (Honor X6a) which turned out to be such a bad choice. So, they lured me into another transaction. I write faster than this phone response, it doesn't have NFC although they told me it has. So, now i can't do payments with my phone either. So, it cost me R2000.00 so that I can stay connected while they fix my R7000.00 phone...and I am stuck in this awful contract. So, now I am considering going to Icasa and the Ombudsman...really poor service. I wish I can get away from MTN.
