MTN VERY DISAPPOINTING XEM

I want to do a sim swap urgently now I hv to wait 24hrs to activate and do a sim swap, I don't know why mtn changed my prepaid sim to TFG though it's on mtn prepaid. I have been sent from TFG and between mtn stores to fix their mess, now I mist pay for some incompetence and collusion with my simcard. Very bad bad.
