MTN very bad service provider

Very bad service every month there is an issue with this place and every month I have to go in store to update my emails so I can get statements and every time it is not done or at the end of the month the debit order does not go off and I have to arrange payments even though I went in store to update everything, MTN is failing as a service provider and as a customer who pays a lot of money I am not happy with there very poor service.
