MTN VER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I app**** fir a cellphone contract on fhe 18th of March. I had to do this 2 x because "someone" cancelled the first application. Then I asked when delivery will be and had to hear the application was cancelled again! So on Monday the 23rd i had to apply again. Received an sms stating delivery would be on the 25th. Nothing happened. After numerous emails and calls i managed to find out it has been CANCELLED AGAIN! No one in that call centre is of any help whatsoever. Now they havent got stock but no one informes you. Then Mo do phoned me and said my profile is now blocked because my email is wrong. But mtn and mondo have been emailimg me on said email adress all along. Mondo the said i should sen my id to their whatsapp number so they can unblock the profile and phone me back in 10 minutes. That never happened either. And tgis morning i received an email from mtn customer care saying i should phone their sales number! I have spoken to a wiseman twice in that department yesterday and he was of no help. MTN HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECCOMEND THEY CLOSE THEIR CALL CENTRE BECAUSE THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
