Mtn vangate ****ty, disgusting management

MTn vangate the most unhelpful manager and disrespectful as **** this is not the first time he is like this has no dam way of speaking.. He ddnt want to help me with my phone as I could not update my what'sapp or go into Google play store or onto chrome.. The ****ty answer he gave me is they cnt help with that it's Google problem and his not going to waste his time to check (what an ass) so I took the phone i bought at mtn with my mtn simcard to vodacom and they had a look at it for me and it was stupid mtna fault he made me look like an idiot in front of customers.. This is definitely going onto social media I'm not the only person that thinks his a P++S.. And I'll take my contracts and network elswere I've been with mtn since I can remember.... This ***** cnt even help me for the 4th time I'm there with a different problem l... When I asked him how he cont help me but this his a cellphone store he told me to leave and ask someone els and I'll see they cnt so it and vodacom got it right... After arguing with me he sed I can call the head office and tell then to help me... What a *****...definitely going to take this further thus is really not the first time and I'm supper upset that the network I'm with cnt help me..
