MTN VANGATE MALL IS A UNPROFESSIONAL RETAILER EVER!!!

To whom it may concern:

As a loyal MTN contract payer, i started a contract with MTN in March 2020, i took out a contract a combo deal 2 samsung A30 deals, on my second sim i still havent received my once off 20GB, nor have i received any airtime since March. I have been at mtn vangate mall 6 times yet they told me it will be sorted out however still nothing, and the way they spoke to me was very unprofessional and disrespectful as a paying customer i need my phone/ sim to work, i have never skipped a payment, i pay my account every month and it is very unfair towqrds me especially in this difficult time. My last resort then was i went to MTN in N1 CITY and what i was told there was to report it to hellopeter. Please have a look at my review and try to help me resolve my issue, it would be highly appreciated.
