Mtn Vangate mall experience

I've taken out a month to month data deal on 23 June 2024 at Vangate mall mtn. I've taken the deal out with Faizal in store.

The every next day I went back and he stated the system doesn't move pass a certain screen.

I've paid the upfront fee on 23 June 2024 as well. 2 days later I went back to the store and asked them to cancel it. I was advised by him that his manager can cancel it but no refund will be given.

Later he advised they'll be able to do the refund. So clearly there's lies from either his manager or him!

I was in this store over 5 times to have this issue resolved and it's still not resolved!

I've taken a video and will go to various platforms to expose this poor service.

I've taken time out of my day, where I could be making money to try and sort this issue out.

I've been there and I've spoken to the manager Aashiqand the video will be going on other platforms if this issue isn't resolved .

He promised to call me back Wednesday 10th July.

Today is Friday and I've yet to receive a call back.

They've got my WhatsApp number, they've got me details.
