MTN Vangate Mall

I've had an account with MTN @vangate mall for 7 years. My contract has ended and I've decided not to upgrade and close the account. Somehow one of the employees has ***** on the account. This happened in May as the called me saying I'm due an upgrade which was a lie. I went instore advising what happened and MTN vangate mall logged a request for *****. Since then my network is suspended. I would mail the store requesting for updates. No feedback was received up until today. I'm unable to receive and make calls and SMSs. They refuse to turn on my network and closing the account. MTN vangate mall is a mockery, whilst enquiring about my account, each and every customer that walked into that store was complaining about their service.
