MTN Vangate Mall.

I went to MTN at Vangate Mall, 17 March 2025 at 14:44. The agent that was helping me could not handle my claim, when I asked where the manager was she was outside having a lengthy conversation with a lady outside the store, the agent then tried getting assistance from a colleague, Amber, she was totally rude, to me a customer and also undermining her colleague in front of a customer. She then asked Tristy to assist her, he came to assist however 4 minutes into the discussion, he ran out because he had to 'put someone into an Uber' I suggested this store be re-managed and whoever the representative is for MTN SA, come and check this store and get rid of these agents
