MTN valse claims

I cancelled my MTN contract about 3 years ago. About 18 months later they all of a sudden claimed I owe them approx R4000. I have requested them the account and contract numerous times but nothing received. I still constantly however recieve phonecalls. These even after hours. What can be done to stop this harassment?
