MTN VAALMALL

Mtn Vaal mall is useless.They must train their staff.I went there for a network unlock.After a long que,they send me to certify my id copy and write an affidavit. When i returned,i stood on a que to be told that they dont have technicians so i must go to pakistans who unlock ****** phones.My question is are they promoting crime?
