MTN VAAL MALL VANDERBIJLPARK

Where to begin.

Was on the phone with MTN head office for more than 1.5 hours.

They did try and help me, but said we must go to an MTN shop. Any MTN shop.

Although my Mom bought the rooter in potchefstroom they said we can go to any MTN.

My sister went to get the rooter in blocked in Vanderbijlpark vaal mall MTN. She was treated very badly by this older white woman.

I then phoned MTN stayed on the line again for almost 2 hours when finally helped. The gentleman was very nice and said that the rooter was faulty and I can take it in to any MTN shop so that they can send it in for repairs.

Today 16.08.2022 I had the displeasure of meet the older white woman in vaal mall Vanderbijlpark.

I tried to explain to her that the gentleman said I should take it in to any MTN, well I received a very rude lesson on the word franchise. She treated me like I'm an idiot. Which I'm not.

MTN let's you wait hours online and the this one lady treats you like ****.

Honestly treat you clients better. I think I would have been treated better if one of the other lady's help me.

My sister and myself was treated badly. And none of us need a lesson in an MTN shop about franchise.
