MTN Vaal Mall Promotion

Since I started working, I got all my contract cellphones at MTN and never had a single problem. Recently I upgrade my contract at MTN Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark with the sales lady "Ria". I took an A70 Samsung smartphone with a promotion that you get a Powerbank and Samsung Fit E (Fiance was really happy about it). I ask Ria if she is sure that we get both items and she told me "yes" that we will recieve both items as it is a promotion (Fiance was with me at the time) and after about 10min she told me that the contract that we want to take is not acitve on the system but she has the same contract with will only be R20 more and I told here to go ahead with it.

Now this is were everything went South. Firstly we had to speak to someone at "Vodacom" to claim our items. Secondly I had to call Samsung and they told me we are only able to claim one of the items.

Does MTN not give there workers training on promotional contracts? They seem to be fast to take your money but slow if the problem is with them. I am really unhappy with the server I got with MTN.
