MTN V&A Waterfront worst team ever

<p>I wonder if MTN head office know it's losing a lot of business due to the massive incompetence of their Waterfront Branch. I app**** for a contract phone on the 23rd of November 2016. Till today 19 December 2016 my application has not been finalised. I call their number incessantly which goes unanswered, One has to try 20 - 30 times to till go through. They say they have only one number ********** . Everytime I follow up I am told my application is still being processed. When I made the application (with Siya) I was told it takes 2 to 24 hours to finalise an application. 28 days later I'm still waiting. The latest reason I got was they needed a landline number to verify my employment and hence ther delay (thisi s 20 days later). I have since supp**** them with this missing info and still waiting. I can literally name the entire office, from Siya, Shawn, ****an, Shamika(supervisor), Shirley (manager). None of them will call you back. No wait, Shawn did call at one point and promised to escalate my application but that proved fruitless. Left messages for the branch manager, Shirley, she still hasn't called me. At this rate I'm thinking to my self how many people are dumping MTN or being turnaway or simply put off and going to other newtwork providers if a simpe application takes 30 times longer than the prescribed turnaround time. This cannot be acceptable. MTN please look into this shop and review their business process. I'm beyond dissappointed and let down.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr Gwamure</p>
