MTN - utterly disappointed

BA***; my service remains suspended after I submitted , many times now, all proof that I paid all invoices as arranged each month!!! My sons and I work on the road and have been disconnected which is dangerous in our country. I got sms that my payment have been allocated incorrectly. It is really a different case if I have arrears, the only reason I have to make a payment arrangement each month is because I pay via EFT on the 15th each month, which is the date I always paid even when I paid via debit order. The matter is raised month by month as allegedly the escalated with no resolve to date, just weekly disconnections.
