MTN using misleading concepts and promotions

Upgraded 2019-10-06. Awesome service from the oak in Harties MTN. Professionalism at its best.

On the other hand. It was advertised that I would receive 30Gb data with the upgrade. Awesome stuff, until it turns out that some data was for YouTube specifically. Looks like 20Gb of the 30 is for YouTube-use only. How the hell is this fair, and why the hell do you care where I spend my data?

Data is data and I don't give a **** if it's for youtube, netflix or ****hub. Why would you use such a confusing concept?(other than just to get people to not use the data) Now I *136# to see I still have 20Gb left but can't use it on what I want to, rather just not show it in my balance then. **** of the earth you lot, just trying to over complicate things to gain an advantage. "Everywhere You Go... As long as it's only on youtube."

PS. Sorry for the call center guy I got a bit upset with, I know it's not your fault and can't do a thing about it. And you probs won't even read this.
