MTN USING EXPIRED DOCUMENTS

I contacted MTN customer care to change my details and i was advised it can only be done at the store. I went to MTN Eastgate and the agent took all my details and uploaded on the system and said it will take up to 48hrs. To my suprise it was never done. I emailed Nombuso Ngcobo nothing was done . What does 1 have to do to change there passport and permit number as the one you have expired long time ago and its no longer in use
