MTN uses your credit rating to con you!!

Nearly 2 years ago, I canceled my cellphone contract with mnt. I received my cancellation notice, payment was debited and I thought all was sorted. The following month my account was debited again, and when I enquired I was told " they decided to change my cancellation notice date" and if I reversed the payment my credit rating will be affected. I reversed the payment as it's daylight ******* to do this to people, even after I sent them the cancellation notice which they provided me. Truely I then paid the addition month, thinking all is now fixed and I can move on. I have requested a number of times from MTN that the "missed payment" be removed from my account, as advised by experian. I have not had any responses and it still reflects on my credit record. This is how MTN robs people. Do not have dealings with this company, they are robbing people blind in this manner. Absolutely no ethics.
