MTN uses terrible service providers

I have a contract with MTN but Mondo called to handle the upgrade. Its been nearly 3 months of frustrating interactions with DSV courier and the inability for either MTN / Mondo / DSV to authorise a manual delivery as no one wants to take charge. run a round is crazy
