Mtn uses misleading terms
I have opened a contract with mtn -3 years ago, and included insurance in the package. Upon upgrading, no one brought my attention to the clause stipulating that you need to up your insurance as well. So according to logic, if insurance does not apply to the next contract or phone, it should terminate with the phone on which it was taken out. Now, almost another year has passed, and I have paid for insurance thats actually invalid and does not apply to my contract. My screen decided to crack so bad that the phone cannot be repaired, and upon claiming from the insurance, i was advised that I have no insurance. I now sit with >
