Mtn user unfriendly

I recently battled to top up my account with my usual bundle bought from airtime on my phone. After speaking to 2 agents I was still at a loss to locate the offer I usually go for. Then I discovered why....clever MTN hide the actual page I wanted behind the page of offers they want you to go for, which, needless to say, are less cost effective. The second page flips up in front of the page you want after you press the code for data offers. It took me an hour to finally work out how to go back a page to what I needed...with NO ASSISTANCE FROM THE AGENTS😨 !! They could have told me. Your bad MTN. For this reason I give you 1 star thus time becsuse you are so user unfriendly.
