MTN - USELESS/FRUSTRATING SERVICE!!!!!!!

Absolutely useless.

Firstly, get double billed, with inability to explain why.

Then when i call the call centre on 3 occasions to enquire about my account, the systems are offline.

Very frustrating!!!
