Mtn useless when it comes to *****

Received call from MTN number stating they are MTN ***** investigation and require OTP send to my number to prevent my account from being closed. I did not send the OTP. I tried calling the MTN ***** line to report the number just to told it is not the correct number although it is what it states on Google .! Absolutely useless
