MTN - Useless useless useless, pathetically useless!!!!

MTN - Useless, useless, useless, pathetically useless!!!! - Why is there no zero-star option? Would have been more appropriate! We have been trying to move my husband's phone number and contract from his dad's name to his own since my father in-law passed. I called, they said to come in and bring documents (I wrote the list down) sent my husband to MTN Village Mall Hartbee****rt with all the doc on the list. He gets there...no can't help, you need an extra doc. So, we get the doc, print and he heads back there a few weeks later. Nope...another doc added to the list. We get the doc, print and head back again after having to take leave from work to go to MTN. Again, get there...now there is 2 more docs required and of the docs on the 1st list no longer needed. Ok, print the docs, head there again today, wait outside for them to open. Walk in....O sorry, can't help you. Our system is offline. We have been to MTN shop FOUR TIMES now!!! And still the transfer is not done. This is absolutely ridiculous! And this is not the 1st time we have struggled with MTN and experienced the terrible service at MTN Village Mall. I honestly have no idea how this shop is still open! Time to switch to a new provider!
