MTN useless support on 808 or 1555
I have had a problem whereby my voicemail has just \disappeared"- if you dial 100 the response is \""this number is temporarily unavailable\"" and clients/business colleagues cannot leave any messages for me. This has been the whole week and every time I call 808 or 1555 on MTN to help or support my query they push me from pillar to post"

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service. It was not our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
We can confirm that there was a problem with a few of our customers experiencing problems with the voicemail boxes. The issue has since been resolved.
