MTN Useless staff
I have been trying to move my contract to a prepaid for 2.5 weeks now. I have spoken to 7 people. they all say they get an error. They escalate it and it gets closed but still no one can close the contract. They all promise me they will phone me back. No one seems interested. I need this contract closed now. Useless Useless Useless. Do not ever use this company. They are not interested in you as the customer.
