Mtn useless service provider

Tried doing a sim swop on the 135 Mtn callcentre number and the staff and manager were very unhelpful and I am still unable to do the sim swop even though I have been with Mtn and had my number for over 10 years. They call themselves champions which is so sad cause they really are not and because of their poor Service they will lose their customers to other networks.
