MTN useless service champions and follow up

After 25 years as a contract subscriber with a flawless payment record, I two years ago was denied sms roaming while in Australia, last year it took 6 months to activate sms roaming while in Europe and America I need sms for banking and other platform OTP confirmation This year i am again on a long stay abroad and opted for roaming with voice and sms. I receive sms's but cat send! I realised that MTN was useless in helping find the probelme and as my contract expired i dont need the expensive R1000pm minutes/data contract I requested cancellation of contract after expiry, conversion to pay as you go and retention of my 25 year old number. all pointless as all i get are automated reference numbers but no follow up So fed up, shocking big business bully tactics!

And they dont ever reply on this platform i see!
