MTN useless service and website.

I have send an enquiry clearly asking the questions in order to get very simple answers. the have send back an email asking for my ID, banking details, email, cell no, etc - what a request from MTN - just call me - you have my number and email (that you have responded to) and answer my simple questions. I tried to lock in but when I wanted to see my account details they ask for userid & password again and then tell my its not correct. Website ands contact is horrible experience. Being my cell provider just call me and solve my problems.
