MTN - USELESS SERVICE AND NO STOCK

It has been 'n week that I have tried calling MTN at Springs mall and ********** Mall@Carnival has 2 shops but nobody ever answer a phone. Springs mall same story... So after a week of calling MTN branches, yesterday they decided to eventually answer the phones. I also went to the MTN branch at East Rand Mall on the 17th of March 2018 and they couldn't help me either. NOT ONE OF THESE MTN BRANCHES HAVE GOT THE IPHONE SE SILVER IN STOC****!!!!!!!!!! I'm due to upgrade on Sunday so I'm still trying to find out which MTN shop has got the IPhone SE SILVER in stock. I cannot understand how a service provider can advertise something that they don't have in stock. 4 MTN SHOPS = NO STOCK OF THE IPHONE SE SILVER!!! I'm really considering to cancel my contract with MTN. I have been 'n loyal customer now for 16 years... Firstly the service is very poor and secondly no stock of products that is being advertised. I'm waiting to hear from you MTN. As a loyal paying customer I expect from you to find a IPHONE SE SILVER at one of the branches and send it to my nearest MTN branch which will be East Rand Mall.
