MTN USELESS SERVICE

I'm again writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the abysmal level of service I have received from mtn. It is with great regret that I have to resort to this public complaint review again, as my attempts to resolve the issue through normal channels and previous complain have proven fruitless. After subscribing to 2 of your data plans with high expectations based on the promises of fast and reliable internet connectivity which are now plagued with numerous cut - offs of internet service, and I have to keep rebooting the router, the data out of the blue gets depleted without anyone connecting on it for the usage I signed for.As a paying customer, I have the right to expect reliable and efficient data services. However, your mtn has failed to meet even the most basic standards of service provision. I find it incredibly disheartening that of your stature would deliver such an inferior level of service, disregarding the needs and satisfaction of its customers not to mention the lack ever being to get through to anyone to assist when calling. South Africans don't waste your money on MTN I signed three contracts with them and not the decency to even get hold of their customer after leaving a complaint publicly. The way you treat your customers that have to keep paying monthly for revolting service is just disgusting honestly and I'm so feed up I'd want to cancel the ****** contracts.
