MTN Useless service

One again the most pathetic client service ever. I have been instore multiple times, contacted and email them and yet my problem has still not be resolved. MTN has the most *********** people working for then, they can't even follow a client's instruction. This is solely for them to con the clients and make money. I have tried on multiple occasions to cancel my upgrade, yet they still charging me for something I do not have nor want. They can't even accommodate for my debit orders to come off on the 27th. Once again pathetic and useless.
