MTN Useless service

I used the online option to upgrade my data Contract with MTN at end of August 2019. The deal aslo included a router. All correct contact details were privided, But due to the incompetence at MTN They provided the courier company with an incorrect contact number. The result was that the courier company could not contact me. I have followed up with MTN customer care numerous times and only receiving useless replies but the router have not yet been delivered. How can it take more than 2 months to resolve the mess created by their invompetence!
