MTN useless person less service

I have been struggling for almost a month now to get my Mtn superflex accounts sorted out. I have been on Facebook Mtn South Africa main page and Mtn complaints. It is of no use to try their call Centre you never get to speak to a consultant. It is of no use going into the store they can’t help because it was an online deal. When you complain on MTN complaints it takes three days for them to response. They ask for the same information and the process just goes round and round in a circle. At not any time has somebody called me telephonically to solve this problem. They use platforms that do not allow you to explain fully what the complaint is.
