MTN - USELESS ON CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
It is the most frustrating task imaginable to get MTN to cancel a contract, a letter of notice is sent on the correct date providing a months notice with the relevant cell number, they open a case and provide a reference number. If you don't answer the phone when they all the first time, the case is just closed. Further do they not understand POPIA - requesting personal information via email. What do they not understand about not wanting to provide details this way. The case was logged on 3 August, it is now the 17th and expiry is on the 11th. PLEASE FIND A WAY TO SERVICE YOUR CLIENTS IN A PROPER MANNER AND DO BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY. They are quick enough to call you several times for new business, WHY NOT EVERYTHING ELSE!
