A payment arrangement was made on 24 Feb 2015.<br> <br> Payment was made according to the above arrangement on 6 March 2015. Now my service has been suspended and no-one is answering your damn phones!!! <br> <br> I have e-mailed the proof of payment, change of banking details and confirmation of payment arrangement REPEATEDLY... ITS NOW BEEN LONGER THAN YOUR \PROMISE"TO RESPOND WITHIN 8 WORKING HOURS!!! <br> <br> I have now had enough of your useless service and will be cancelling each and every one of my 5 contracts with MTN!!!!!<br> <br> <br> """
