MTN useless helpdesk

Just took their uncapped data deal ever since delivered hasn't been able to use it cause the sim is not activated tried their call center three times they reffered me to shoprite or Pep when i go there they also refuse to help me. One thing they did right was to take my money now I dont know whaat to do
