Mtn useless

I have been struggling with mtn to get my account sorted for over 2 years they have handed me over to collections where I have made full payment in 2023 ever since they have done nothing to assist me with getting this sorted.

I am unable to get a new contract as they are not fixing this on their side I have provided numerous of paid up letters but no help or service at all spoke to numerous people where I have been told it has been sorted and I can apply for a new contract, went into a branch and then again I have been told I have been handed over to collections it's a never ending story that keeps going in circles with no end result in fixing this problem.

I spoke to the head of collections and she is no help att all this is so frustrating as I have been declined from numerous of other servide providers due to mtns negligence.
