MTN useless!!

Someone had taken a mtn contract on my name faudulantly. I informed MTN ***** department. They requested a certified copy od my ID and advidavit be emaild to them. This was done. To date I have not received any feedback or call from MTN nor did they confirm receipt of the email. I have been paying for a contract that is NOT mine since April. MTN deducted double the amount from my bank account this month!!
