Kindly note ive been debited incorrect amounts from my bank acc. A refund is due to me. I have lodged the incident in the 02/12/2023 with ref no. 1 – *** And today the 11/12/2023 ref no. ***

Kindly note no feedback can be given yet its passed the 7 working days. They want to re-submit and I must wait another 7 working days for feedback. nO URGENCY TO ESCALATE AS WELL.

Can this please be escalated .
