MTN USELESS CONSULTANTS

Mtn deducted money from my account after I have canceled the contract with them, I queried this with them for months and they didn't want to accept their mistake, After up and down with emails, my claim was sent to Refund department where it has been there for more than 5 months now, I'm following up with them every second day and the answer is always the same '' unfortunately we are still waiting for feedback on this matter'' even if I ask to be given a trail of they follow - up they still can't give me a proof in a form of a trail.
