Mtn Useless

My grandmother had an mtn account, when she retired I did a change of ownership to my company.

Mtn Mokopane said that all outstanding amounts is paid on the old account, and if there is any other charges or outstanding amounts, it will be deducted on my business account's debit order.

After almost a year a company called Shapiro Shaik de Vries and associates started harassing my grandmother about an outstanding mtn account. Every time I phone mtn and asked about the account on my companies name they said it was all up to date.

After a while I gave mtn my grandmothers ID number and they confirmed that there was an amount outstanding on her profile (and nothing went off on debit order like mtn Mokopane said), I paid the outstanding amount at mtn and their legal department sent an email to SSDA to confirm that this matter was resolved.

After this SSDA still harassed my grandmother and I decided to pay the amount they claim we owe them for legal fees.

a month has passed and now SSDA wants more money. I phoned mtn's legal department again and they said I should email my complaint to them.

NOTHING has happened yet and SSDA still continues to harass my grandmother.

Please can someone help me get this resolved as MTN's legal department and customer care do not care enough about their clients to answer a call after holding on for 35 minutes and they sure as hell do not reply any emails.

I will not pay a sent more to Mtn of SSDA.
